We've always known that Terri-Anne's music would deliver. As a DJ, her sets are inspiring and entertaining in equal measure. It was only a matter of time before she distilled those skills into grooves that would work for DJs worldwide. Her last release, "All That She Wants", did just that. While that still rides high in the charts, she is back with another thumper. Much like her sets, which she fills with party bangers and heavy rollers equally, she follows up the big-time sample in "All That She Wants" with a brilliant original. On "City of New York", she teams up with Michael Grald, a young DJ from Hoboken in New Jersey, just across the Hudson River from Manhattan. The groove is a non-stop percussive wonder. Add a sparkling 90s rave synth and a cool-as-you-like vocal that deadpans about influencer party lifestyle, and "City of New York" is a real standout tech house moment.
