Emerging into the scene as a new duo, DOWNLow (US) are no rookies to the nightlife scene. DJ's Timmy Vice & Dex have joined forces to create a new house project. Based in Chicago, DOWNLow (US) is ready to make an impact in the scene, whether it be live at their sets, or with their music.
